Nathan is co-founder and President of campus2careers. In this role, he is responsible for sales, marketing, and building the campus2careers community.  Nathan has a significant track record in growing companies and building strategic partnerships:

• General Manager, Pearson Education – As one of the youngest executives at Pearson, Nathan was responsible for the worldwide development and delivery of career, selection, development, and personality assessments with a $17M global P&L. Under Nathan's leadership, the Talent Assessment business grew double digits each year and moved to an online delivery model.   
  
  
• Director, Delve Group – Responsible for product  management and business relations for a skunkswork project and start-up in the financial services space.  Author of a patent for an innovative technology.  Managed a client's move into the Human Resources Outsourcing industry.  

Nathan also spent 10 years as a consultant for clients of various sizes and industries:

• Executive, Accenture and Everest Group – Helped clients develop and execute new business or human capital strategies and change journeys across govt., high-tech, financial services, and healthcare industries 
  
  

Nathan holds an Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University and was a Founder/Board member of two prior start-ups in the campus community as well as the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce
