Getting a job is tough because...

campus2careers...

How It Works

Students – Find Your Future Career:

campus2careers gives you access to opportunities not available on campus or through other job boards and then provides the tools to find your career.  As a student, use of the site is completely free and will provide the following benefits:

  • Access to hidden jobs – over 99% of US companies are SMBs and over 75% of the jobs added since January 2009 are at companies of less than a 1,000 employees; yet companies this size cannot afford to recruit on campus so they are often hidden to you

  • Better opportunities – working at an SMB can be far more rewarding than a larger employer as you will get an opportunity to make a difference Day 1 and be more than a job description or employee ID number

  • Suggested companies and opportunities - we know how hard it is to find the right job (or internship) and have built our site to take some of the guesswork out of the process by matching you with opportunities based upon your skillset, preferences, and interests

  • Be more than a resume – use our site to build a rich digital profile or virtual resume that can include a video, e-portfolio, and more

Career Centers – Find Your Future Trends:

campus2careers extends the opportunities available to a career center by engaging companies from across the country or your backyard more economically.  As a career center or college, our site is completely free to use and we hope to partner with you to:

  • Bring new companies to campus virtually – through our career community we can offer new and exciting opportunities to students from companies who have not traditionally come to campus to recruit

  • Measure and track key analytics to support your on-campus activities – future releases will be able to provide you reports that indicate what careers students are pursuing, why, and how their educational experience or your career advice contributed to their decision

  • Offer another perspective – small businesses have different needs than large employers and are looking for a broader range of candidates

  • Provide content and career advice to students – our focus is not in providing career-related content, so we plan to direct students using our site back to your center to help them make a career decision
